There are other users using this accommodation up to 6:00pm, we then need to service the accommodation ready for your visit.
Sometimes the voluntary warden cannot get to the site until 7:00pm and they need to welcome you to the site and agree the arrival checklist with each group so that the group using Hornbeam Lodge is not charged for any damages or defects that they have not caused.
